I’ve been using LOGIK for over a year and half now, and honestly, it has changed the way I run my business.

When you’re running a large operation, there’s a lot of information you have to keep up with — scheduling, payroll, fleet, employees, and just knowing what’s going on with the business day to day. Before LOGIK, a lot of that meant spreadsheets, notes, and trying to keep track of information in different places. It was time-consuming and, quite frankly, a headache.

With LOGIK, I can get the information I need when I need it. I don’t have to wait on somebody to send me something or spend time trying to figure out where I put a certain piece of information. It’s right there.

The scheduling and payroll features have been a huge help for me, but what I really like is being able to look at my business from both sides — I can get down to the individual employee or detail, but I can also step back and see the operation as a whole.

I’ve been in this business for over six years, and I can honestly say LOGIK is one of the best tools I’ve added to my business. It has saved me a lot of time, made things more efficient, and taken away a lot of the unnecessary work that comes with trying to manage everything manually.

At this point, I’ve gotten so used to having LOGIK that I really don’t know how I’d want to operate my business without it.

I’ve used Logik since its inception in all of my contracts. It is a critical tool to our operations in a variety of ways. The payroll portion is invaluable for getting timely and extremely accurate payroll data to our bookkeeper and eliminates a lot of headaches for us. I use the precise financial data all the time, in fact, I don’t make any impactful decisions in my operations without first looking at the Logik data. The historical data is so readily accessible that I spend far less time navigating around MBA. The daily performance information is great as well. This is an exceptionally well thought out and valuable tool for any contractor.

In the 7 years I’ve been in management, I’ve not seen a software as helpful as Logik! What used to take me hours to do payroll now only takes minutes. I’m not chasing down BCs or Team Leads for weekly payroll notes any more. I have it all available to me at my finger tips, with a click away it feeds my data into payroll. My favorite function in the app are the HR features. Easy to use and keep tract of all employee relations. Easy way to tract workers comp reports, driver disputes, management logs, etc.

The mobile app is very user friendly. I would highly recommend Logik to any contractor. Its design has helped us run our business much more smoothly and has reduced the over all stress for my management team. With it we have become a stronger and better organization!
