The end to end operating system, customized to your business
Logik puts P&D, Linehaul, payroll, fleet, safety, and compliance on the same operating record. The point is not more data, it's actionable insights, and fewer things you have to reconstruct.
Shift logs, route work, run records, and payroll remain connected from the first entry to the week-close review.

Every cost that touches the work area — payroll, payroll tax, workers’ comp, fuel, NTL, truck payment, budgeted repair, camera and scanner. Truck payment, NTL, budgeted repair, camera and scanner are fixed daily amounts, spread evenly — they cost the same whether the work area has a good day or a bad one. Payroll tax at 8.25% of wages and workers’ comp at 3.1% move with the wage. Everything else is actual. WA 7423 burned 24.6% fuel against a work area running 8.9%, and came home with 2.2% operating income. That’s a conversation you have this morning, not a variance you find after the money’s gone.
Linehaul runs on its own vocabulary — runs, cut times, spots, PM holiday, comp pay and reimbursement. Same system, same week, same method: captured as it happens, then reviewed. P&D is ready the day after the settlement week closes. Linehaul is ready Tuesday night. Nobody chases anything down.
Every unit on this sheet came from a shift log entered during the week — PTO, holiday, jumper, training, dispatch, team player, stop and package bonus. Nothing was reconstructed from memory. Nothing waited on the settlement. Ready the day after the week ended, and that date is the claim nobody else makes.

Every scanner, every vendor, in one view. You set the zones and the rules; Logik audits the whole fleet daily and emails you the moment a device is flagged. Each row carries where it was last seen, the work area it belongs to, and who last signed into it. A scanner that walks off is a four-figure loss, and without that trail it is simply gone.
The operating record
Every number comes with a next step.
The morning report names the exception. Shift logs preserve what happened. Payroll shows what is ready. The settlement is the check, not the starting point.
Actionability
Rules are visible when the decision is still useful.

You find out in week two whether you fail in week four. That projection sits in the header of every screen in the app.
Per-category key indicators, limits, and projections keep the status specific.

WSW data present, settlement missing — revenue reads as zero
Today
Six things found themselves this morning, from six different corners of the business — margin, fleet, roster, schedule, safety and data quality. Every one states the rule that fired it, so you can judge it in a second and move on. This is what one system buys you: the exceptions arrive in a single queue instead of five places you have to remember to check.
Fleet
Readiness is a clock, not a spreadsheet.
Service, tires, registrations, insurance, MMR, and odometer freshness stay in one view. A stale reading is marked instead of being treated as current.

A real alert, with identifiers substituted. When a vehicle joins or leaves Schedule B — a purchase, a rental on or off, a unit retired — the insurer gets the VIN, the entity, the loss payee and the stated value the same day, without anyone remembering to send it.
