Logik legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This page covers the Logik marketing website and the Logik product. It also preserves the existing Chrome extension policy below as a linked subsection.

Counsel placeholder — not final privacy terms

The website and product privacy text is pending counsel review. This page describes the current scope and existing extension policy, but intentionally does not invent final legal language.

Website and product scope

The marketing website includes a walkthrough-request flow and uses analytics to understand how visitors use the site. The Logik product supports contractor operations such as work area economics, payroll, fleet records, maintenance, compliance, and reporting.

The final privacy terms for those website and product activities will be supplied by counsel. The Chrome extension details below remain the existing published policy.

Chrome extension policy

This subsection preserves the existing policy for the Logik Chrome extension. Return to website and product scope.

What the extension is for

The extension pairs with your Logik account and, when you start a gather, reads data from your contractor portal session and, if you ask, its reporting pages, then sends that data to the Logik app you connected. That is its only purpose.

What we collect

Only after you install the extension and click Connect in your Logik app, and only when you start a gather or connect:

  • Connection details: the origin of the Logik app you connected, a pairing API key, and the organization id that app sent.
  • Portal page content you asked us to gather, as it appears in your signed-in session: organization structure, workforce rosters (names and IDs as shown in the portal), vehicles, worksheets and weekly settlement files, charge statements, and report grids.
  • Job status needed to run and resume those gathers.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your portal password. We do not read your general browsing history. We do not gather from sites other than your contractor portal and the Logik app you connected.

How we use it

To perform the gather you started and deliver it into your Logik account. We do not sell data, show ads, or use this data to train models.

Where it is stored

On your computer in Chrome extension storage / IndexedDB while a gather is in progress or recently finished. Then it is sent only to the Logik app origin you connected. That app stores it under your organization’s account.

How long we keep it in the extension

Per organization and gather type, the extension keeps the newest two completed gathers. Other finished, failed, or cancelled gathers and their files are deleted about 15 minutes after they finish. Live gathers are not deleted mid-run. Disconnecting or uninstalling removes the pairing; uninstalling removes extension-local data.

Analytics

The published Chrome Web Store build does not send product analytics or crash reports to third parties. Development builds may, if we turn that on locally.

This website (findlogik.com) uses analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This is separate from the Chrome extension, which sends no analytics in its published build.

Sharing

We share gathered data only with the Logik app you connected, so that app can show it to users in your organization. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The portal operator is not our customer or processor for this — you are reading your own contractor portal session.

Your choices

Disconnect from Settings → Extension in the Logik app, or remove the extension in Chrome. To delete data already saved in a Logik app, use that app’s account/org controls or use the request form at /contact and describe what should be deleted.

Children

Not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If collection or use changes, we will update this page and, when required, disclose the change in the product before it applies to existing users.
