P&D

The morning report changes the conversation.

See contribution by driver before the settlement arrives. Keep the shift log, schedule, payroll, and operating review on one record.

Know which work area needs a conversation this morning.

Pay, fuel, contribution, and status are shown as percentages. The report is built for the decision in front of you, not a retrospective.

Every cost that touches the work area — payroll, payroll tax, workers’ comp, fuel, NTL, truck payment, budgeted repair, camera and scanner. Truck payment, NTL, budgeted repair, camera and scanner are fixed daily amounts, spread evenly — they cost the same whether the work area has a good day or a bad one. Payroll tax at 8.25% of wages and workers’ comp at 3.1% move with the wage. Everything else is actual. WA 7423 burned 24.6% fuel against a work area running 8.9%, and came home with 2.2% operating income. That’s a conversation you have this morning, not a variance you find after the money’s gone.

The week stays current because entries take seconds.

PTO, dispatch, jumper, holiday, team player, and unpaid time are captured as they happen.

Every unit on this sheet came from a shift log entered during the week — PTO, holiday, jumper, training, dispatch, team player, stop and package bonus. Nothing was reconstructed from memory. Nothing waited on the settlement. Ready the day after the week ended, and that date is the claim nobody else makes.

The schedule builds itself.

Set each driver's rotation once. The week fills itself, and you see the projected wage before anyone turns a key.

Set each driver’s rotation once and the week fills itself. Every worked day carries its work area, time off flows in from the same logs that run payroll, and the projected wage for the week is in the last column before anyone turns a key. Thursday is two drivers short — and it says so now, not on Thursday.

The exceptions find you.

Unprofitable work areas, roster drift and compliance risk surface themselves. You don't go looking.

Six things found themselves this morning, from six different corners of the business — margin, fleet, roster, schedule, safety and data quality. Every one states the rule that fired it, so you can judge it in a second and move on. This is what one system buys you: the exceptions arrive in a single queue instead of five places you have to remember to check.

Read contribution after the costs that make it real.

Work area profit is after wages, truck payment, workers’ comp, payroll tax, fuel and budgeted repair — not revenue minus wages.

Every scanner, every vendor, in one view. You set the zones and the rules; Logik audits the whole fleet daily and emails you the moment a device is flagged. Each row carries where it was last seen, the work area it belongs to, and who last signed into it. A scanner that walks off is a four-figure loss, and without that trail it is simply gone.

FLEET · INCLUDED FOR EVERY DIVISION

Your trucks are on Logik too.

Fleet is not a P&D feature or a Linehaul feature. It is on for every division, in the same login, at the same price — including an MMR that builds itself.

FLEET READINESS

Every truck carries a clock.

Service due, inspection due, out-of-service — readiness is a state on the vehicle, not a note in someone’s phone. Service requests, the work board and full service history live on the same record.

MMR · AUTOMATED

The MMR builds itself.

Your monthly maintenance record is generated from the service log you already keep — not retyped at month end from a stack of invoices. Schedule B stays current the same way.

DATES & COMPLIANCE

Nothing lapses quietly.

Registration, inspection, insurance and tire readiness surface before the date, not after it. A vehicle you stopped running stops costing you coverage the day you park it.

UTILIZATION

A truck earns its place or it does not.

See which vehicles carried the work and which sat, against what they cost to keep. The spare that never moves becomes a decision instead of a line item.

One price per active entity. Fleet and the automated MMR are not modules you add later — every division has them on. See the fleet record

SAFETY · FEDEX KEY INDICATORS

You find on day 1, not week four.

Camera events land all month. The number that matters is where you are going to end up — and Logik projects it from day one, next to the limit, on every screen.

Every category carries its own limit and its own projection. A category trending toward its limit becomes an exception on its own — it does not wait for you to go look. VEDR events, the safety register and driver coaching sit on the same record as the payroll week, so the conversation happens with the driver who is still on the schedule.

Run P&D from the week, not the receipt.

We’ll walk through the operating record in a live walkthrough.
